From the moment she greeted us, she brought an incredible level of energy, enthusiasm, professionalism, warmth, and genuine passion to every interaction. Her attention to detail was impeccable, her attitude was extraordinarily positive, and she made us feel not simply like customers, but truly valued guests. In a time when outstanding hospitality can be difficult to find, Shayla was an absolute breath of fresh air and a shining example of what five-star customer service, customer care, hospitality, and brand excellence should look like. Paris Baguette has an exceptional employee and brand ambassador in Shayla—her energy is the kind companies wish they could bottle, clone, and distribute throughout an entire organization! If there is an Employee of the Month, Customer Service Excellence, or Outstanding Team Member award, Shayla deserves it without question. She single-handedly elevated our Paris Baguette experience and ensured we will happily return. Bravo, Shayla—THIS is how unforgettable customer service is done!

I absolutely loved this visit to Paris Baguette. Ruby is lovely- so kind and welcoming. One of the coolest parts is watching the cake decorators at work through the window. My mom and my son both loved walking over to watch them decorate. It’s such a thoughtful touch that makes the bakery feel alive and gives kids (and adults!) something fun to enjoy while they’re there. Delicious pastries, beautiful cakes, great atmosphere, and exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

Pictured is my beloved Coffee Croissant Donut, this donut is SO good I tried it a previous visit and have cravings for it often! As a sweets enthusiast and coffee snob this donut is a beautiful love letter to them both! They have a great variety of pastries and even have savory ones. Of course I had to come back my beloved donut and today was that day! Me and my husband chose to dine in as the staff there is very friendly and helpful, today Josiah was handing out samples of peach iced tea. I have yet to order a drink from here but the tea sample was nice! It wasn't too sweet and it was refreshing. Josiah's friendly and kind approach made us truly feel welcomed, as a interracial gay couple we truly appreciate it! Oh and they got a rewards program, so we will definitely be back! (no AI here, just love! <3)

I usually come here once or twice a week and really enjoy it. The staff is always friendly, and the pastries and sweet treats are usually very good. I also like that they have such a wide selection, so there’s always something different to try. That said, I was a little disappointed during my visit this Saturday morning around 8 a.m. The pastry selection was very limited, with a lot of empty spaces in the display. I asked if more items would be coming out, and the worker said they were still baking things. I understand that fresh items take time, but if the cafe is open, I do think the main pastry selection should be better stocked, especially on a Saturday morning. They did have cakes and breads available, but the pastries are the main reason I usually come in. Overall, I still like this location and will come back, but today’s visit was definitely not the usual experience.

The chocolate supreme croissant and the milk and cereal donut… must try. Also their drinks are really good. The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the creme brulee donut. It has an amazing creme brulee crust and it is delicious, but when compared to some of the other things we got it ranked lower. We were in the area and I was googling coffee places nearby. It’s funny because I had to dig around to find this place on the map. But wow is it good! We will definitely be back again. The selection of pasteries is outstanding. I could see how the later you go in the day the less will be available. It’s a bakery so that’s just sort of how it works. I will return again soon. I am already wanting another one of those chocolate supreme croissants.
